How to use: 

- For eyebrows -

Comb through hairs going the opposite way of growth then comb in direction you would like hair to spike. 

- For baby hairs - 

Seperate baby hairs from longer section of hair. Run spoolie from baby hair root, close to skin in downward swooping motion.
